Privacy Consolidettes

In this Agreement, “we” refers Consolidettes, one or other of its programs and any joint venture in which it participates with respect to their operations in Canada. “You” means a person who has signed or an application for one of our products or services, to individuals or businesses ( “Service”), or placed in such a service or product, including a co-applicant, bail or personal representative.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information If you ask, condone or use a service, and as long as you are our client, it is understood that we may request or collect personal information about you, including: your name, address, phone number, the nature of your principal business or occupation and date of birth, the law for requiring all such information; ID such as a driver’s license or valid passport; we may also ask you to provide a recent utility bill to verify your name and address; your annual income, a statement of your assets and debts as well as information about your credit history; your transactions, including payment history, movements on your accounts and how you plan to use the account or service and the source of funds or assets received; information that we may need to be able to offer you a service, such as information about your health; in some cases, this information is optional; information on third parties such as your spouse, if you ask some services for which disclosure of such information is required by law; and information on beneficial owners, intermediaries and other parties, which are required by law. In the case of legal entities, such as businesses, people from corporations, trusts, estates, clubs or other organizations, we may collect the information above, as appropriate, with each of the authorized representatives, signatories , partners, trustees, liquidators and members.

Also, when you ask, subscribe or use a service through a digital channel, we may collect information about your computer or device, your operating system, your Internet connection or telephone account, your settings, your IP address and location data device, your transaction data and personal information as described above. We may collect, use, disclose and retain this information for the purposes described above, and to determine the appropriate settings for your computer system, to provide or improve digital features and product options, and for safety reasons, to internal analysis and reporting.

We do not provide directly all the services related to the counseling relationship you have with us. We may use third party service providers to treat or manage services in our name and personal information to help us to perform various tasks such as printing, distribution by mail and e-mail and advertising ( including telephone and electronic means). To do this, you authorize us to disclose information about you. Some of our service providers are abroad. Therefore, regulators it may have access to your personal information in accordance with the laws in those countries. We may request information enabling us to contact you, such as your phone number, mobile phone or fax number and email address, store, use and disclose the same to other members so Consolidettes that we or any of its members can communicate directly with you for marketing purposes, including telemarketing. Your consent in this regard also applies to any entity that could one day be part of Consolidettes. The business relationship we have with you is not conditional on your consent to this, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see below). If we sell an affiliate or subsidiary Consolidettes or sell a portion of its business, we may share the information we hold about you to the prospective buyer. We will require any prospective purchaser to protect and use the information provided in a manner consistent with the policies and practices Consolidettes on protection of privacy. We can keep our records and use the information we hold about you as long as necessary for the purposes of this Agreement, even if you cease to be our customer. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If your information changes, are outdated or becomes inaccurate, you must inform us so we can update our records. Refusal to consent or withdrawal of consent Subject to legal, regulatory and contractual, you can refuse to consent to our collection, use or disclosure of information about you, or withdraw at any time your consent for us to continue the collection, use or disclosure your information, on reasonable notice.
