Privacy Consolidettes

In this Agreement, “we” refers Consolidettes, one or other of its programs and any joint venture in which it participates with respect to their operations in Canada. “You” means a person who has signed or an application for one of our products or services, to individuals or businesses ( “Service”), or placed in such a service or product, including a co-applicant, bail or personal representative.

In the case of legal entities, such as businesses, people from corporations, trusts, estates, clubs or other organizations, we may collect the information above, as appropriate, with each of the authorized representatives, signatories , partners, trustees, liquidators and members.

Also, when you ask, subscribe or use a service through a digital channel, we may collect information about your computer or device, your operating system, your Internet connection or telephone account, your settings, your IP address and location data device, your transaction data and personal information as described above.
